How do I return equipment to Spectrum? ›

Call Spectrum at (833) 224-6603 to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the device. In order to receive a refund or exchange, Spectrum must receive the Mobile Device within ten (10) days of you receiving a return authorization from Spectrum. A restocking charge of $50.00 will be applied.

Spectrum is a suite of advanced broadband services offered by Charter Communications, Inc.

We'll replace your remote if it's not working properly. Bring your old remote to your local Spectrum store for a replacement.

Use our store locator to find your nearest Spectrum Store. There is no processing fee when making a payment at our stores. Our stores accept the following forms of payment: Checking or savings account.

You may be charged a fee for any unreturned equipment on your account. All equipment issued by Spectrum for use with any Spectrum TV, Internet or Home Phone services remains the property of Spectrum. Note: Please call (833) 267-6094, or begin your return in person at a Spectrum Store.

Note: The only way to discontinue service is by calling (833) 267-6094. If we haven't received a request to disconnect your service(s), you'll continue to be billed for your regular service charges.

If you're downgrading services or moving out of our coverage area, you'll need to return any modems, routers, receivers or auxiliary equipment provided by Spectrum. Third-Party Payment Agents

Additional businesses in your area area (Western Union, MoneyGram, Walmart or Schnucks Supermarkets) may accept Spectrum payments. Each third-party payment center has its own specific rules regarding payments, fees, etc., but all follow standard policies.

Yes, you can return your Spectrum equipment to any Spectrum Store. You can also return your equipment by bringing it to a UPS Store during store hours. The UPS Store will take care of the rest.

Bill Pay in person: You can visit a Spectrum store or authorized payment center and pay in person with cash, check, or money order. Use the Spectrum store locator tool on the website to find the nearest location to you.

Spectrum Mobile accounts are limited to one exchange or return within the return policy, for each device purchased. Opened accessories can't be returned. To get a full refund, devices must be returned in like-new condition, with no physical or water damage and in the manufacturer's original packaging.

You can cancel Spectrum and sign up again without any penalties. However, you might not be able to get a lower internet or TV rate — Spectrum's new customer offers are for qualified customers who haven't had Spectrum service in the past 30 days.

How long does it take to ship an order? Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours during normal operation.
